The school reserves the right to terminate a student's participation in a course, retreat or workshop, without refund, if the student misbehaves toward teachers or staff, disrupts the school premises, or causes damage to school property.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making a decision, without consulting more current or complete sources where it matters to you. Certain courses, retreats and workshops may be available exclusively through the website and may have limited places. We have made every effort to display our programmes, schedules and fees as accurately as possible, but descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit enrolment in any programme to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any programme at any time. We do not warrant that any course, retreat or workshop will meet your personal expectations.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Registration Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel a registration, we will attempt to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of booking. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for your registration, and to promptly update it — including your email address and payment details — so that we can complete your booking and contact you as needed. 8. Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools, which is entirely at your own risk and discretion — you should be familiar with and approve of the terms on which any third party provides them. Any new services or features we offer through the website in future shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
