Menstrual cycle
This is a phase of a woman's life that occurs usually every every month. It is a
body's way to prepare itself for a possible pregnancy.
Nutrition for menstrual cycle
The menstrual cycle can affect mood, energy levels and physical health of females.
That is why women need a diet which provides them all the nutrients required during
their cycle.

Anatomy of male and female bodies
Reproductive organs
In females the organ that produce eggs (ova) and female hormones like estrogen and
progesterone is ovary while in males the organ that produce sperm and male hormones
like testosterone is testis.
Pelvic bone or pelvis
The pelvic bone/ pelvis, is a strong and bowl-shaped structure located at the base of
the spine. It connects the upper body to the lower body and supports important
organs like the bladder, intestines, and in females, the uterus. This bone plays a
key role in females during child birth.
Anatomy of Abdominal Muscles, back muscles , pelvic floor muscles
The major focus in this 7 days course will be especially on these muscles as these
are the supportive muscles that are required to be strong for a healthy pregnancy.
Ovulation and fertility days
Ovulation is the time period during menstrual cycle where a mature egg is released
from the ovary. This occurs usually once every month. In the 28 days of cycle the
ovulation time period stays for around 14 days and during this time a woman becomes
most fertile and ready for fertility.

Infertility refers to not being able to achieve pregnancy even after trying for over
a month without birth control.
Causes of infertility in females
Hormonal imbalance, irregular to no ovulation, uterine issues, age-related decline in
egg quality

Low sperm count or weak sperm, hormonal issues, blockages or infections in
reproductive organs

Prenatal
After conception comes the prenatal part of the pregnancy. During this the mother

Child birth (delivery)
Process of labor
Labour is the process through which a baby is delivered from a mother's womb. Its the
final stage of pregnancy where the woman becomes the most delicate in her entire
journey.
Difficulties during labour
Labours usually occurs naturally but some might face challenges during it, these are
called labour complications. It can harm the mother and child both, therefore it's
important to take precautions before it.
Labour focused Asanas and pranayama
Our course trains you for the time of delivery. These asanas will strengthen the
muscles require during childbirth in order to make the delivery smooth and
complication free.
Postnatal
Yoga Anatomy is one of the most important subjects for yoga teachers. In anatomy
classes, you will learn two types of anatomy, physical and spiritual.
Yoga for normal delivery and C-section delivery
After childbirth, women become weak so in order to regain the strength our training
session has gentle yoga you can start after 4-6 weeks if normal delivery and 8-10
weeks if C-section delivery.
Post partum depression
A mother's mental health can get affected during and after childbirth, our asanas and
breathing practices plays an important part in improving the mental health of the
new mothers.
