After completion of this course, the students will receive a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP) certification.”


This 50-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh Yog Kendra (registered with Yoga Alliance) is a course focused fully on aerial yoga in many different varieties and variations such as aerial vinyasa, aerial Hatha, aerial restorative therapeutic aerial, partner aerial, yin aerial, aerial dance, aerial meditation, etc. RYK Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh is specially designed and prepared by experienced yoga practitioners to create your own flying sequences so that you can teach them safely to others also.


Aerial Yoga Hall Setup: This special type of hammock can support up to 300 kilos of weight! They consist of carabiners, 2 support chains, 1 webbing strap, and silk material. The hammock can hang from a supported ceiling inside. The 2 support chains hang down to lower the hammock to around 1 meter from the ground (depending on the user’s height or preference).

The schedule for 200-Hrs Yoga TTC + 50-Hrs Aerial Yoga TTC course will remain the same as 200-Hrs YTTC course. The students joining RYK for only 50-Hrs Aerial YTTC program will have to follow the above-provided schedule.

Learning Outcomes:

After studying all materials and resources presented in the course, the student will be able to:
  • Perform various yoga poses for warm up focusing on breathing and centering. Poses will include balance, strength, and flexibility.
  • Perform various yoga poses for cool down focusing on relaxation and clearing. Poses will target flexibility and relaxation.
  • Discuss aspects of body, mind, and spirit, that affect personal health Methods of Instruction/Course Format/Delivery:
  • Demonstration and return demonstration will be the primary method of instruction. Aerial Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
