Upon successful completion of this three weeks 200 Hour Yoga Teachers Training course, you are eligible to register yourself as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance ®.
This 200 hour Yoga Training Certificate also gives you eligibility to enroll for our next level Aerial yoga training in order to receive YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®). The duration of aerial yoga is one week time.
By successfully completing both course in four weeks of time, a participant is entitled for 200 Hour Yoga TTC and Aerial Yoga TTC certificate accredited with Yoga Alliance ®.

Aerial yoga is unconventional as compared to the traditional forms of yoga. As such it is important for the participants to understand human anatomy, its functions and the medical concerns associated with Aerial Yoga.
It helps to be familiar with the body and protect us from any injury. We believe the students who are coming for the Aerial Sessions have done their deep lecture on Anatomy in their 200 hrs Teacher Training Programme. Aerial Anatomy will be more on Bones, Muscles, and Breathe.
Philosophy during Aerial yoga Training
Philosophy is a subject that integrates us with other Subjects. We have designed the Aerial philosophy in a way where students can be benefitted and can apply these philosophies in their practical sessions.
Please note the entire session of four weeks will have mediation and Shatkarma(Yogic Cleansing ) session as per schedule. The implementation and theory class for the same will be demonstrated between the schedule.
